Renovations to improve the acoustic performance of the control room are now complete. The treatment plan from Auralex Accoustics was crafted from the analysis of a 192k/24bit frequency sweep test of the room. Issues such as room mode (low frequency standing waves in a room) and impulse response were adjusted to bring the room back into balance. The result is a significantly improved environment for playback and editing.

We are currently installing a Switchcraft StudioPatch 9625 Audio Patchbay to tie us into both the A and B studios. A patchbay allows you to control every input and ouput in your studio without constantly adjusting cables behind the main console. You can reroute or split input and output signals from a central location saving valuable time and effort. A patchbay is an indispensable piece of gear in a professional studio.
